Vietnam Armor Pack (v 1.00)

Features:

This mod pack contains a number of franken-built tanks, vehicles, and watercraft from the Vietnam War era.

Some of these vehicles have special properties and features.

There are a number of watercraft included from the famous Vietnam-Era "Brown Water Navy". (The ATC, Monitor, Zippo, PBR, and Swiftboat). These craft are specifically designed for use on the recently released 1:1 South Vietnam map.

Because of the way that Il-2 handles water and ships travelling along rivers, I thought it was best to make these craft "ground vehicles" rather than ships. They will still leave a wake, but can be made to travel in convoys, unlike ships, and can travel over water with land tiles underneath.

The "Monitor" is equipped with an 81mm mortar that can be used against nearby targets. The "Zippo" Monitor is equipped with a flamethrower, as is the M113 "Zippo".

Although not strictly a Vietnam-era tank, a franken-tank M-26 Pershing is also included.

These are not original models and there are many flaws in the models. They are intended for fun and to fill the gap in Vietnam-era armor.
