ycj_ukraine map??
 

This is a very big map of the lower Dnepro and Odessa that was made by some guys on this forum a couple of years ago. I downloaded a WiP of this map.

AFAIK, no one has continued work on it. Would the makers of the map object if I started to use it as a basis for my own projects??

It has a very nice road network and nice rivers. I would re-do the map_C to delete many of the little streams and creeks. I would also re-do the Dnepro to make it the 1941-45 river and not the modern river with the big reservoirs.

And then the map could be populated.
