Да ну? А может, стоило сперва хотя бы ознакомиться с той самой "пошаговой инструкцией по ВЕРТИКАЛЬНОМУ взлету", которую вы - похоже - так и не удосужились даже просто просмотреть?

Очевидно, что
клавиша выпуска/уборки гака используется только при посадке, а вот при взлете нужно использовать клавишу, которая у вас назначена для дозаправки (deploy refueling probe)
Что касается использования для взлета клавиши, назначенной для выпуска/уборки гака, то это справедливо только лишь для МОДа Як-36 версии 1.25b, предназначенной для игры версии 4.10.1
