То ли их просто нет, то ли вы куда-то не (в)туда их скопировали, то ли неправильно "прописали" стационарные объекты в
stationary.ini 
Кроме того, у вас - судя по всему - не хватает объектов, которые используются на этой карте. По крайней мере, они не "прописаны" в
static.ini ...
