It is a class file problem in my download the BombRABB3.class contains this section:
public void interpolateTick()
{
super.interpolateTick();
if(rotatingSpeed > 30F && !bursted)
doFireContaineds();
}

while the same class in BAT uses:

public void interpolateTick()
{
super.interpolateTick();
if(t1 < Time.current() && !bursted)
doFireContaineds();
}
So users of 4.12 can take the classes from BAT and overwrite the ones in my download

No need for BAT users to install the fix as BAT already has the RABB bombs
