Bf-109F-6, как я понял, в серию не пошёл.

the C-Amt plan of October 1940 foresaw the pro¬duction of an F-6 series. A total of 1,281 aircraft were to have been built by Bayerische Flugzeugwerke, Erla, Ago, Arado Warnemunde and the Wiener Neustatder Flugzeugwerke. This plan did not come to fruition however. The same applies to a planned F-8 series, 1,112 machines which were to have been built by the Bayerische Flugzeugwerke, Erla and the Wiener Neustadter Flugzeugwerke between March 1941 and March 1942.
In the past it has been claimed in numerous publications that the F-5 and F-6 series were two essentially-similar reconnaissance versions; such claims are entirely unfounded. It is clear from avail¬able records on the F-Series that only a single F-5 was built by WNF, while there is no evidence that an F-6 in fact existed. Not a single loss report is known, in particular none from a reconnaissance unit, for a machine with this designation. As well there is no tangible evidence in handbooks and other such publications for the actual existence of this series.
