You are right, the cities in Korea maybe don't match much but that was the best I could find in my textures box. They are old stock textures from IL2 modified a bit with Photoshop. I'm not so good at creating textures from scratch, I think it's difficult. I have some textures created from Google earth that don't look too bad.
