Ошибаетесь. Вернее, не ошибаетесь в том, что "расширенный редактор это FMB+", но ошибаетесь в том, что я говорил о нем
Я говорил о
разблокированном полном редакторе, в "ихней" терминологии - Unlocked FMB.

... и он идет как мод?

FMB+ - да. А для "разблокирования" достаточно изменить bldconf.ini и conf.ini ...
Код:
1) Backup bldconf.ini and conf.ini
2) Replace the first section in bldconf.ini with:
[builder_plugins]
(builder.PlMapLoad)
(builder.PlMapActors,sectFile=com/maddox/il2/objects/static.ini)
(builder.PlMapAirdrome)
(builder.PlMapLabel)
(builder.PlMapText)
Leave the [builder config] section as it is.
3) Add these three lines
Ctrl C=copy
Ctrl X=cut
Ctrl V=paste
to the end of [HotKey builder] section of your conf.ini
4) Make a folder maps in your Il2 folder
5) Load the game and start the Mission Builder.
Now you can add all objects, including parts of runway, bridges,
roads. You can even change surface texture and change height
(map_T and map_H).
5a) First you load a map than do what you want and then Save.
And I mean Save, not Save as.. or Save as Spawn...
Save saves all files which were changed in the maps folder
(including actors.static ;))
Others only save actors.static file.
5b) Selecting and rotating
You can select multiple object by holding ALT and selecting
the area with your mouse and holding the left button on the
mouse. Holding the right button, unselects the area from the
group of objects.
Rotating the group is done using the numpad keys. The axis
of rotation is defined by the position of the mouse cursor
(left click might be necessary). Also make sure that you
didn't select just one object in the group, so try Right
click and Unselect.
6) There a lot more commands that can be added to your
conf.ini. This is just a start and the full list will follow
shortly.
7) To load your changed map, use the filelist thingy. Don't
forget to copy files from maps folder to Files folder!
8) This should be enough to get you started. Enjoy!
