Так и есть, проверил контрольные суммы ранней сфс и сфс из 4.14, и они совершенно одинаковые. Но тем не менее, в архив патча 4.14 сфс добавлена для обновления при релизе и вот, что точно опубликовано по данному поводу:

Опять же, Ратибору возможно нужна была эта сфс, возможность получить ее рабочий вариант он теперь имеет.
Кто знает , что произощло у него с этой сфс
