Олег прав, обсуждать нечего. тема закрыта. я на САС через Арчи отдал темплайт и шкуры. по хорошему и то и другое надо переделывать, но лень.

Well, if you are just ready to wait for a few more days, this bird is already flying in Spanish skies, Agracier did the template, while Realdarko was our test pilot. The original 3dmodel is by Giovanni Quai who has gently authorised me to import it from FS2004 to Il2. I'll finish to give the cockpit a more historical Italian look and will upload it in SAS skies

It's really a pity that the great 3D model by Molva is left unfinished. I tested it and noticed it is one of the best IL-2 models I've seen. It was even so close to completion since LODs and damage seem to work OK, just CAP meshes, some hooks and radiator animation are missing. Maybe some of those missing parts are now done together with the great 3D damage I remember in some screenshots, so it should be very close to finished, even as AI plane in DT's standards. Did the leak of about one year old WIP version really upset the 3D artist so much that this great 3D model is left unfinished?

I really hope there is some solution to finish this great 3D model that uses these skins. If Molva doesn't want to ever release any better version than the leaked one, then maybe some other 3D modeler could make the missing CAP meshes. I have actually already fixed some bugs and adding the missing hooks is not so difficult either.
