This static campaign is dedicated to the living and fallen warriors of 95th Fighter Aviation Regiment (FAR) who have a unique history.
In September of 1941 95th high-speed bomber aviation regiment (HSBAR) had been suddenly, by the stroke of a pen of High Command, reformed into the 95th Fighter Aviation Regiment (FAR). So, former bomber pilots suddenly became fighter pilots. Many of them had dreamed about it. But no one imagined that they would actually be transplanted from one twin-engine bomber to another and, as fighters, would immediately be thrown into the flames of the fierce battle for Moscow. These people had to learn a new fighter type in the heavy twin-engine Pe-3 aircraft, which received the ironic nickname "Dream of an Idiot" in the regiment. The training took place in battle, at the cost of much blood and loss of life.
All events reflected in this campaign really happened with different pilots of 95th FAR. That's why our hero is fighting without his own name. This is the distillation of many pilots.
But why without their own names?
You can give him your name, and you even can become this hero yourself! Just set the rank of "Junior Lieutenant", any difficulty settings at your discretion but do not forget to turn off the option "No Instant Success" and ...

Differences from the previous edition:
All the missions without exception were rebuilt "from scratch" on new game
Skin packs for the both sides were updated.
Most of the inter-mission videos were revised.
A number of new features of version 4.14m were implemented.

Recommended Difficulty Settings:
Any you wish. It is recommended to turn off "No Instant Success" (light off). War is never easy and not each mission may be victorious. At the same time there no "impossible" missions in this campaign.
