Я сейчас занимаюсь новой версией (оперативно она входит в обновления кампаний Моторхеда), новые самолеты обязательно сделаю, но по срокам увы пока не скажу. Возможно это уже будет под 4.13.1.

What you mean "outdated aircraft"?
Any aircraft can be removed from game (from dynamic campaign) only if campaign author do not assigned (or deleted) them into campaign data files. Any P-40 stock variants will be remain in old campaigns from old years, only new loadouts for them do not appears in old dynamic camapaigns.
