Посмотрел я ваш лог - в общем - хватаюсь за голову.
Там до самолётов при загрузке ещё и не дошло - в логе так.
Нехватка звукового мода, так же нет sas_ai_3do01.sfs и ещё кучи всего. Зато присутствуют кучи всего несовместимого.,

Нафига это всё свалено в папку SFS_AUTO.
В общем так:
я бы посоветовал вам с нуля собрать Ил., пропатчить до 4.12.2, поставить сверху Модакт 5.30., сфс-ки от Модакта подключить через файл .рс, вкинув их в корень Ила рядом с ДЕФОЛТНЫМИ СФС-КАМИ.
Все моды складывать нужно только в папку #SAS и никаких лишних подпапок, а то как говорит Игорь(Таракан67) - получаеться винигред, о чём лог и свидетельтвует.
Не обидьтесь пожалуйста - я вас не вожу носом, просто очень хочеться помочь. Я собираю сборку за пол-дня, а если маленькую - то за два часа с нуля, начиная с установки Ила IL-2 Complete Edition ещё под патч 4.09, потом добавляю патчи и Модакт с его сфс-ками и папкой модов.
Если все шаги по собиранию Ила правильны - то никакого краша быть не должно.
То что я давал по ссылке - маленькую сборочку на 339 мб. - проверил - грузилась и краша не было., его и не должно быть, потому как Модакт 5.30 прост в установке и проверен тысячами пользователей.
