I have installed VPmodpack (4.12.2). Its have build in FxEvolution (for 4.12). When try install SASEngineMod (for 4.12) then have CTD. FxEvolution conflicting with SASengineMod. VPmedia confirmed conflict in this post:

Also i have installed DGenModpack2.0 (4.13.3). Its have buld in SASEngineMod (for 4.13). When i try install FXevolution (for 4.13, from link you posting) i have CTD. I think conflicting FxEvolution and SASEngineMod. And autor of FxEvolution dont give any guarantees:
~ This WILL NOT, annnnnnd I mean WILL NOT work with 4.12 sas JetWar, sas enginemod, sas enginemod w/ western patches,
4.12/4.13 sas modact, BAT, CUP, 4.08, 4.09, 4.10, 4.11, 4.12 so if this bothers you (not to mention a no-go), DO NOT download this NOT-A-MOD.
