All the tiny lakes and pools of water in the map - Are you sure that they actually exist?

I suspect that they are errors in the map_c produced by microdem. When I use microdem, I get lots of little spots and dots of black colour on the white surface. But they are simply errors of the program. I remove them to get an accurate map_c.
